Tibetan Pure Copper Manjushri Wisdom Sword Pendant
The fire of wisdom does not destroy — it illuminates. What cannot withstand the light was never real to begin with.
The Sword of Wisdom is the iconic implement of Manjushri, Bodhisattva of Wisdom — held in the right hand, while the left holds a blue lotus bearing the Prajnaparamita sutra. The blade is forged in blue iron, its twin edges adorned with spiralling flame patterns; the hilt is fashioned in gold, crowned with half of a five-pronged vajra — symbolising the union of relative and absolute truth.
The flames that burst from the sword’s tip are the fire of wisdom, burning through the ignorance of all ten directions. Its primary function: to sever the root of self-clinging, affliction, and the obscuration of unknowing — cutting cleanly through what effort and analysis alone cannot reach.
In the Vajrayana system, the Sword of Wisdom serves both as the implement of the yidam deity and as the wrathful weapon of the dharma protectors — carrying the power to vanquish what obscures and to open what has been sealed. To carry it is to carry the aspiration of Manjushri: that clarity may prevail, that ignorance may fall, and that the mind may meet reality without obstruction.
Handcrafted in solid pure copper — the traditional material of Vajrayana ritual implements.
