At Eastern Deity, we are committed to delivering sacred services and consecrated objects with the utmost care and reverence.

Ritual Services (Fa Shi / Sacred Consecration)

All ritual services — including Taoist sacred rites, Tibetan Buddhist consecration ceremonies, and any personalised spiritual service — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the ceremony has been arranged or performed. As each ritual is conducted personally based on the individual's birth date, hour, and deepest intention, it cannot be reversed or transferred.

Consecrated Physical Items

Items that have undergone Sacred Consecration are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as the consecration is performed according to each individual's personal information.

Physical Products (Non-Consecrated)

For physical items that have not undergone consecration, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at slnanb131411@163.com or via WhatsApp at +86 183 6826 6708 to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
