Tibetan Prayer Flags — Lungta Wind Horse Flags

Prayer flags are one of the oldest forms of intentional energy work in the world. Hung where the wind can reach them, they release their encoded prayers into the atmosphere with every movement — continuously, effortlessly, without ceasing. In the Tibetan tradition, it is said that the air touched by a prayer flag becomes medicine for all beings who breathe it.

The five colours correspond to the five elements — blue (space), white (air), red (fire), green (water), yellow (earth) — creating a complete energetic balance when displayed together. The Wind Horse at the centre carries wishes outward on its back, amplifying the intention of the one who hangs the flags.

Hand-stitched in the traditional Tibetan manner from pure cotton, these flags are made to move, fade, and eventually dissolve into the environment — a reminder that all things are in flow, and that releasing our intentions to something larger is itself a form of practice.
