Processing Time
Physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days. For items requiring Sacred Consecration, additional time may be required to perform the ceremony — we will notify you of the timeline upon confirmation.

- Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties

Ritual Services
Sacred ritual services are delivered digitally — a full video record of your ceremony will be documented and delivered to you electronically upon completion.

All products that have undergone Sacred Consecration (開光), Spirit Awakening (起靈), or any ritual service (Fa Shi) are eligible for complimentary international shipping at no additional charge. This applies automatically to all such orders — no code required.

Shipping Insurance
Every order shipped by Eastern Deity is covered by cargo transit insurance. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence. We will work with our logistics partner to process your claim promptly.
