At Eastern Deity, we are committed to delivering handcrafted products with the utmost care.

Physical Products

For standard physical items, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@easterndeity.com or via WhatsApp to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable, as they are made to your individual specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (cooling-off period). This applies to standard products only.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, as they are produced to your specification.

To withdraw from a purchase (standard products only), contact us within 14 days via WhatsApp or email at support@easterndeity.com. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
