Expedited (DHL, FedEx): 4-12 business days.

Shipping Insurance
Every order shipped by Eastern Deity is covered by cargo transit insurance. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or compensation promptly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Eastern Deity ships under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the final price delivered to your door — all import duties, customs fees, and destination-country taxes are included in the product price. Export clearance is handled by us. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery. No surprises.

Custom Orders
All personalized custom orders are accompanied by a signed service agreement. Every detail — materials, timeline, and specifications — is executed according to the contract terms. Please refer to your agreement for full details.
